About Diana S. Leu, MD
Dr. Diana S. Leu is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She is a graduate of the Boston University Accelerated 7-year BA/MD Program. She received her BA in Medical Sciences Summa Cum Laude from Boston University and her Medical Degree Magna Cum Laude from Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Leu went on to complete an Internship at Boston Medical Center followed by a Dermatology Residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, where she served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Leu is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the prestigious honors medical society. She has received numerous awards including the Massachusetts Medical Society Scholars Award and the American Society of Clinical Pathologists Award for Academic Excellence and Achievement. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is on staff at Chilton Memorial Hospital and has performed complimentary skin cancer screenings in the area.
Outside of medicine, watercolor painting, drawing, and pastel portrait work are some of Dr. Leu's life-long hobbies. During her early educational period she consistently made time for art classes and received many awards for her artistic achievements. Dr. Leu credits her artistic training as providing a very strong background for the intensely visual field of dermatology.
Dr. Leu (maiden name Laky) grew up in Wayne and is a graduate of Wayne Hills High School. She is pleased to be practicing in her home town.
